Things I am thankful for:

Well,
I sat with my blog open all weekend partially filled out with the things I was grateful for on Friday. As you can tell I never got it finished. I decided that rather than try to catch up I would just post my 10 things for today and then add a bunch of pictures to tell about our weekend (as to why I was so busy...)

1. Oven. I love to bake and cook delicious meals. Where would I be without this?!?
2. Microwave. This is an essential in my kitchen. I love it for thawing out things, steaming veggies, etc.
3. Camera. For capturing many of life's wonderful moments.
4. Sudoku. Along with reading I do one almost every day. It helps to keep my mind sharp. I just love them.
5. Calendar. I live off of my calendar. If something doesn't make it in, it isn't happening. My calendar is already full through the end of November. The rest of this year is going to fly!!!
6. Steak. I love steak. My favorite is Fillet Mignon. However, last night we went over to the Thies's and had the most fabulous T-Bone steaks. James did an incredible job of grilling! LOVED IT!
7. Dancing with the Stars. It premiers tonight!!! YEAH!! I have been washing laundry today. I already have my mountain of laundry ready to fold so I can watch it.
8. Crafts. Doing these gives me such a sense of accomplishment. Bailey was sick Saturday so she didn't get to go to two birthday parties so I stayed home with her. During that time of her Benadryl induced napping I worked on my crafts. I am still finishing up a birthday present that I started last month for a friend. Part one is now complete and part two is more than half way done. I home to have it done today or tomorrow so I can ship it off to her.
9. Home Office. In our last house we used one of the bedrooms as an office. It was hard to have the three girls in one room, but we really didn't have a choice. Here in our new home I have a separate office. I love it. Unfortunately, it is the only room that can't seem to stay cleaned. That is why the doors are always closed when friends come for a visit. I don't know why - they already know what it looks like!
10. Blog. This is so fun. It does take up a bit of time. However, I am glad Michelle talked me into it.
