Hi-

so I was scrolling down some posts to catch up. I liked your story about the power of prayers. A couple weeks ago Matthew went missing at the night ball game for one of his brothers, and he was missing for 40 minutes. Ryan and I were real close to calling the police. I started praying so hard. I felt inspired to look around the park in areas that we don't go to, not even my kids. After walking a bit, I felt inspired to look to my left. Then I saw a stripe and I knew it was the stripe on the arm of Matthew's jacket. Matthew was in the middle of the desert. Far enough away for any potential attacks from animals or predators. I about fell down to the ground crying and giving thanks, but tried to remain concerned and calm in order to give Matthew the "talking to of his life!" Works EVERY single time when we pray with fervent and seriousness to get the help or answers we need.

I also cried at your story of the birth of Alexis. My mom had a similar experience with one my sisters birth like you had. Thank you for sharing.
