This is Mack from Affordable Comfort.

He has been our A/C guy for the last five years or so.

We got home from Church on Sunday and it was HOT. It just kept getting hotter. I had Josh go check the thermostat and it was 84 degrees. It was also humid so it felt hotter.

Dang it! That meant that we would have to endure a very hot night. And let me tell you - it was miserable. I knew that I would be calling Mack the next morning. I called over to his office at 7:30am yesterday - YES, they answered and had him call me back directly. He was here, had it fixed, and was gone by 9:30am. It pays to do a lot of referring to someone because then you get FANTASTIC service. I told you he has been our go-to A/C guy (probably referring close to $100K worth of service to him in those first couple of years after he was referred to us). He continues to be the VERY BEST! I felt the instant the air kicked back on yesterday morning. It was heavenly to have the air back on and functioning properly.

The two parts that had to be replaced were still under the manufacturer's warranty so all we had to do was pay for labor. Yeah for us!!! But more importantly...thank heaven for Mack!!!!!
